Not only is it already part of the Islamic culture, now Iraq is looking to codify it in the State laws. As Muslim immigrants continue to flood into Western countries, we've seen the development of no-go zones for police in European countries, attacks on Jews, Christians, Women and the constant push/demands for Sharia Law in predominately Islamic communities within Western countries. Here in the United States we already have sizeable Islamic communities and there are definite indicators the same issues have started or will happen here. If you don't think this is an issue, well, neither did the French, Brits, Swedes, etc.
