Open Letter to Amazon: Troubles with Amazon

Dear Amazon,
Warrior Tradition Fund is an established 501(c)3 according to determination letter posted to IRS can look it up here which results in Warrior Tradition Fund 501(c)3 Status
You can't/won't specify the exact reason for suspension but repeatedly refer in form letter to view Section 3.8 and also the Acceptable Use Policy here: and to "To reactivate your website, please send the following:-- More details on how your account complies with Section 3.8 of Amazon Payments, Inc. Customer Agreement:- More details on the actions you have taken to resolve policy issues"

Uhm...okay then... how do we do that when you won't explain what it is you need specifically???

The only helpful comment made by anyone was "After reviewing your account, I can see that you are accepting donations on your website, this is the reason your account cannot be reinstated, as there are very strict rules to accept donations."
Here again is the problem. What strict rule are we violating? According to the Acceptable Use Policy and its Prohibited Items and Activities regarding Donations and Charitable Solicitations, it states:

"includes charities and non-profit organizations without a valid 501(c)(3) tax exempt status, charitable solicitations, commercial fundraisers (including commercial co-venturers), or any activity associated with the solicitation of donations."

According to this, if Warrior Tradition Fund DOES NOT have "a valid 501(c)3 tax exempt status" we cannot use Amazon Pay!

Except we actually DO HAVE "a valid 501(c)3 tax exempt status"!!!!!!!!!!
